Q: Are you closed on the Holidays?
A: Our studio is open every holiday with the exception of Thanksgiving and New Year's Eve.
Q: Do you offer the Shellac Manicure?
A: Yes, Shellac is offered at your studio.
Q: Do you accept tips?
A: Yes, tips are accepted. Please pay tips in the form of cash or check
Q: How many Nail Techs Do you have?
A: We staff between 1-2 Nail Techs on any given day. Our studio salon is not your traditional strip mall salon. We pride ourselves on being able to provide quality one-on-one individual services to our cleints. Our setting is more intimate and we do not operate by volume. At this time we only offer "individual" nail services at our studio nail salon.
Q: What if I am late to my appointment?
A: Our nail studio is set-up to service individual appointments. We allow a 15minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after the 15minute alloted time, we may have to reschedule your appointment or shorten your service if there is another scheduled appointment immediately thereafter.
Q: Do you do group parties at the salon?
A: Our nail studio is set-up to service individual appointments. We recognize the importance of providing one-on-one service to our clients. Your time spent at the nail salon should be enjoyable and peaceful and an escape from your everday mundane tasks of life, while at the same time receiving a quality and well deserved service.
Q: Do you accept Walk-ins?
A: Services are done by appointment only.
Q: Do you offer mobile services?
A: Mobile services are provided to person's in nursing homes, retirement facilities and the homebound.
Q: Do you service children?
A: Basic shaping and polish application is offered to children under 13.
Q: Do you offer services for Men?
A: All nail and pedicure services are offered to men.
Q: Where Exactly are you located?
A: The studio salon is located in the shopping center that is directly across the street from Winston's Grille Restaraunt and located on the same side of the street as Bank Of America on Falls of Neuse Rd. When you pull into the parking lot the first business you will see will be "North Ridge Barber Shop". When you see the barber shop; you are in the right place. We are attached to the same building, but in the rear of the business complex.
Q: Do you service Diabetic people?
A: Yes. Diabetic clients are welcome.
The Nail Artist that will be performing your service has experience with diabetic clients. Extra care and precaution will be taken.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: If an appointment is scheduled and the customer does a No Call/No Show there will be a $10.00 fee applied to the next appointment. A 2nd No Call/No Show will be assessed a $20.00 fee on the next appointment. If a client does a 3rd No Call/No Show, the client will be asked to find another professional Nail Care Specialist to service their Pedicure and Manicure needs. It is appreciated if the customer calls, at the very least, 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Q: Do you take same day appointments?
A: Salon Nails by Chana operates strictly by appointment. In the instance where there is a cancellation, you may be able to get in on the same day. We don't gurantee same day appointments.
